Full branding completed for a painter, illustrator, and educator.
Erika Lambert is a painter, illustrator, and educator based in Minnesota. A preschool teacher by day and artist by night, we worked with Erika to curate her visual brand that meshes well with her art.
It was important to Erika to incorporate colors that she used often in her painting, but would complement her work, not compete. We developed a palette of mostly pinks and purple, but orange and blue hues were added to give contrast. As much of her subject matter is plants and flora and fauna, green was also incorporated.
We also developed a set of custom illustrations and translated them into 5 different seamless patterns. These illustrations are to be used in both print and web presence, depicting her brand’s playfulness and used as iconography in her marketing.
Once each design element was approved, Lissa Li Studio created a Brand Style Guide and Brand Kit of logos, fonts, images, illustrations, and patterns. Our studio also developed several web banners, a favicon and business card with implemented design elements.
